The top sales price for a Washington DC area condominium in June is Unit #5D at the landmark Wardman Tower in Woodley Park. With a closing price of $3,150,000, this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath residence has 3,373 square feet of living space, including three bedroom suites, each with en suite bath. The huge Henrybuilt kitchen, a luxurious master marble bath with heated floors and beautifully restored original details such as handsome herringbone hardwoods are just a few of the superb details at this exceptional residence.

Coming in second is Unit #408 at Metropole in Logan Circle. With 3-bedrooms, 3-baths, 1,754 square feet of living space, this ultra-modern penthouse loft with towering two-story window walls and a private roof deck sold for $1,680,000. This listing is also the second-highest price per square foot in June. Coming in a very close third is Unit#524 at Lofts 14 in Logan Circle. In fourth place is Unit #68 at 2101 Connecticut in Kalorama. The 4-bedroom, 3-bath cooperative with 3,150 square feet of living space sold for $1,590,000. From the high ceilings to rich architectural details, this super spacious residence is in a grand historic former apartment buildings that subsequently converted to co-ops. In fifth place is #1610 at The Odyssey in Arlington’s Rosslyn neighborhood. With 3-bedrooms, 2.5-baths and 1,950 square feet of living space, this contemporary apartment sold for $1,425,000. Among the features are wide-plank floors in the living areas, an open kitchen, fireplace and family room with wet bar. The sixth-highest sale in the DC area in June belongs to Unit #M202 at the Wooster and Mercer in Rosslyn. The stunning loft sold for $1,339,000 and features two stories of giant factory-style windows, floating iron stairs, exposed ductwork, gorgeous hardwood floors throughout and French doors opening to a private patio.
