Washington Metro’s highest priced new condominium listing in November 2019 has already closed. Unit #2F at the Ritz-Carlton Georgetown listed for $4,250,000, and was only on the market for one day before going selling at full price! The 4-bedroom residence with 5.5 baths has a very spacious 3,890 square foot floorplan.
