The Residences at Ritz-Carlton West End are comprised of two condominium towers flanking the central Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Synonymous with luxury and the full service treatment, the roomy condos offer a traditional design combined with modern features. Located in the very walk-friendly West End neighborhood, the famously branded mixed-use development also includes popular street level businesses.

Listed on February 19, Unit #PH1G is already in Active under Contract status. The renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath penthouse has 1,147 square feet of space and is priced at $1,085,000. It’s one of only four residences on its floor, and features new wide plank hardwood floors, an opened up gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a nice-sized private balcony. While a closing date in mid-April is anticipated, the pending status does include contingencies.

While there were no other new listings for the month, there are several active properties available. This includes one of the most spectacular penthouses in the District. Unit #PH3E is priced at $6,895,000 with 3-bedroms, 5.5-baths and 5,112 square feet of living space spread out over two levels. A large gourmet kitchen is bordered by a sunroom with breakfast bar to one side and a family room to the other. The available penthouses continue with #PH3P, an intriguing tri-level residence with 2-bedrooms, 2.5-baths and 2,150 square feet of living space. Offered at $1,999,000, the floorplan positions an owner’s suite and second bedroom suite on the lower level, a foyer, kitchen, living area and dining area on the second level and a large office with sliders leading out to an impressive private deck on the upper level. This is truly an entertainer’s dream!

Unit #4C is still available. The 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment has 1,846 square feet of room with an asking price of $1,795,000. The south facing condo has been renovated with a white-on-white chef’s kitchen with Sub-Zero, Viking and Miele stainless steel appliances. Unit #8J is still up for grabs! The competitively priced 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment is available for $679,000, making it the most affordable active listing at the Ritz-Carlton West End. With 771 square feet of space, the charming flat has new wide-plank floors, a gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, private parking and south facing views of the courtyard.
