Topping the sales-to-list ratio in February was Unit #304 at Solo Piazza in Logan Circle. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath modern city home has 1,140 square feet of living space and listed for $719,000 before closing at $730,000, translating to 101.40% of its advertised price. Unit #603 at City Vista in the Mount Vernon Triangle came in second with a closing of $605,000, representing 100.83% of the asking price. The 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment has a bright and airy feel while the building itself boasts a great rooftop deck and pool.

In third place is Unit #1211 at The Clara Barton at Penn Quarter. The nifty 1-bedroom, 1-bath flat with hardwood floors and balcony closed for a C-note over asking at $490,000 or 100.02%. Fourth place goes to Unit #1009 at VIO in the Southwest Waterfront. This spectacular residence with its walls of windows overlooking Washington Channel was also the second-highest sales price for the month at $3,000,011, or 11 dollars over the asking price, which basically translates to 100%. VIO is ideally located at the new District Wharf development; a stunning mile-long waterfront community with boat slips, shops, restaurants and concert venues.

In fifth place is Unit #812 at 555 Mass in the Mount Vernon Triangle. The 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment closed at full price for $480,000 (100%). Also selling at full price was Unit #318 at Madrigal Lofts in the Mount Vernon Triangle. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with hardwood floors and exposed overhead ductwork closed for $665,000.
