Topping the sales-to-list ratio in March was Unit #1111 at City Vista in the Mount Vernon Triangle. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath flat with 1,010 square feet of living space listed for $799,900 and closed at $840,000, an impressive 105.1% figure. Life At The Top’s Jeff Wilson represented the buyer.

Unit #41 at Rainbow Lofts in Logan Circle came in second. The 1,350 square foot penthouse with 2-bedrooms and 2-baths listed for $1,299,900 and sold for $1,362,500, or 104.82% of the original asking price. Features include giant window walls, skylights, overhead ductwork, two private terraces and exposed brick walls from the original auto body shop. Third place goes to Unit #317 at the Lofts at Adams Morgan, in the perennially hip Adams Morgan neighborhood. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath flat with gleaming hardwood floors and a private balcony listed for $849,900 and closed for $889,000, or 104.60% of asking.

Fourth place goes to Unit #1210 at The Artisan in Penn Quarter. The 1-bedroom, 1-bath flat with 750 square feet of living space listed for $450,000 and sold for $465,000; a solid 103.33% of asking for this cute apartment with a great location. Unit #309/209 at 1661 Crescent Place in the tony Kalorama neighborhood is notable in two regards. It’s the first sale at the Grande Dame building since March 2019. Also, the 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence, incorporating apartments at two different levels into one spacious home, listed for $850,000 and closed at $875,000, 02 102.94%. Our final entry in the highest sales to list ratio is Unit #911 at Madrigal Lofts in the Mount Vernon Triangle. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath flat with 1,345 square feet of space listed for $819,500 and closed at $840,000. That’s a solid 102.50% for this roomy corner unit with a wraparound balcony.
