Unit #309/209 at 1661 Crescent Place in the tony Kalorama neighborhood is notable in two regards. It’s the first sale at the Grande Dame building since March 2019. Also, the 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence, incorporating apartments at two different levels into one spacious home, listed for $850,000 and closed at $875,000, 02 102.94%. Our final entry in the highest sales to list ratio is Unit #911 at Madrigal Lofts in the Mount Vernon Triangle. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath flat with 1,345 square feet of space listed for $819,500 and closed at $840,000. That’s a solid 102.50% for this roomy corner unit with a wraparound balcony.
