Priced at $1,975,000 the spacious flat has direct access elevator, gleaming marble tile floors, floor-to-ceiling windows and custom built-ins. Unit #2309 has been withdrawn. The 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath residence with den and private elevator had been listed at $2,969,000.
