The highest price per square foot honors in April goes to Unit #1506 at The Odyssey in Arlington’s highly popular Courthouse neighborhood. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath residence has 1,318 square feet of living space and sold for $1,550,000, equaling $1,176.02 per square foot. The posh apartment with its huge balcony and gourmet kitchen, also happens to be the third highest condominium sales price for the month. In second place is Unit #102 at The Montrose in Georgetown. The glamourous 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in a historic building, offers a 1,078 square foot layout and sold for $1,190,000, translating to $1,103.90 per sq. ft. Located across the street from Montrose Park and Dumbarton Oaks Garden and Park, this redesigned residence has French doors leading out to a large private patio and garden.

In third place is Unit #PH10 at Turnberry Tower in Rosslyn. The 2,267 square foot penthouse sold at full price for $2,350,000 which equals $1,036.61 per square foot. With private elevator and stunning views of the Potomac River, this sky-high residence also topped the highest priced sales list for April. Next up is another condo with multiple honors in April. Unit #904 at Union Row in the U Street Corridor had the sixth highest sales price at $1,089,000, and the fourth highest price per square foot, at $931.57 per sq. ft. for its 1,169 square foot floorplan. The penthouse has 2-bedrooms and 2-baths.

Fifth place goes to Unit #411 at Metropole in Logan Circle. The modern 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath loft unit offers two levels of urban chic, with cement ceilings, overhead ductwork, towering windows and floating spiral stairs leading up to the bedroom. The sales price of $760,000 divided by 895 square feet of living space equals $849.16 per square foot. Rounding out the list is Unit #32 at Dumbarton Place in Dupont Circle. With a $1,290,000 sales price and 1,534 square feet of space, this airy residence was the fourth highest closing for April and the sixth highest price per square foot at $840.94.
