City Center - Washington DC's Hottest New Development

Spanning more than five city blocks in Washington’s Mount Vernon Triangle, CityCenterDC presents a most impressive community of high-end shops, restaurants, apartments, offices, hotels and condominiums. The latter are known as the Residences at CityCenter, with two stylish towers, courtyards, garden terraces and luxury modern condos for sale.

There were multiple new availabilities in September. Leading the pack is Unit #715, a spectacular residence that recently relisted. The two-bedroom, two-bath flat has 1,584 square feet of living space and is currently priced at $2,945,000. Among the many features are ultra-wide plank floors, a wraparound wall of windows, upgraded modern kitchen, a balcony and a 576 square foot multilevel terrace with tree planters.

Unit #810 listed in September for $2,595,000. With two master bedroom suites, 2.5 baths and 1,389 square feet of space, this corner penthouse also features a 1,009 square foot private rooftop terrace. Massive windows, Northern White Oak floors and a stylish open kitchen with Caesarstone counters, Motleni/Dada cabinets and Thermador, Bosch and Miele premium appliances add to the allure. Unit #714 came to market in September and has already been dropped in price to $1,199, 500. Also new in September is Unit #513 with one bedroom, one bath and a generous 940 square foot layout. Unit #604 relisted in September with a dramatically lower price. Now available for $700,000, the one-bedroom, 1.5-bath flat offers 878 square feet of living space and an intriguing latticework of ceiling beams rarely seen at City Center. There have been over $25,000 of improvements, with an elongated electric fireplace and a fantastic open kitchen with new quartz counters, a custom island and a voice-activated Delta faucet.

New in September and offering the competitive asking price of $620,000, is Unit #712. This one-bedroom, one-bath flat has 689 square feet of interior space, with wide-plank floors and an open white kitchen with stainless steel and panelized appliances. Bonus points for a private balcony. Also comes with tons of storage space, a stacked washer/dryer and parking.

Still active is Unit #710. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment is listed at $1,198,000, and features giant windows, wide-plank flooring and custom upgrades throughout. Adding to the appeal is the wide-open layout, luxurious modern baths and a balcony that runs the length of the residence. Parking and additional storage is included.

Unit #505 is still available for $1,775,000. The apartment is the result of merging two one-bedroom units into one super-sized residence with two bedrooms, two full baths, two half-baths and 1,947 square feet of living space. The bright and open residence features a glossy white modern kitchen that is recessed into the wall, a wet bar, Northern Oak flooring, an office cubby and walk-in closets.

Unit #301 came to market in June and remains active. With one bedroom, one bath and 922 square feet of space, this one-of-a-kind apartment has been customized by award-winning architect Ernesto Santalla. Listed at $899,000, the attractive flat boasts custom ceiling treatments, dark wood floors, a glossy white kitchen, giant windows on three sides and a bedroom suite with modern wall treatments.

Unit #1003 also listed in June and has since had two price reductions. Now available for $750,000, the one-bedroom, one-bath condo with 858 square foot of living space has pale hardwood flooring throughout, with a Foster + Partners designed kitchen with Molteni cabinets and a stone island. A glossy white office nook is the perfect place to work from home, while a balcony is a great place to relax.

Unit #803 listed in July with a price tag of $785,000, and has since been reduced to $749,000. The one-bedroom, one-bath residence has 787 square feet of living space, ultra-wide plank floors and a gourmet kitchen set into Molteni cabinets. A glossy white desk cubby with storage, a private balcony and an in-unit washer and dryer help complete the picture. Comes with one parking space.

Unit #601 is now pending. The one-bedroom, one-bath modern flat had been listed at $879,000. With a 922 square foot layout, the flat offers a welcoming hallway, built-ins, a Foster + Partners open kitchen, white northern oak floors, tons of windows, a lovely bedroom, a modern bath, laundry room and private parking.

Unit #1107 closed in September. The two-bedroom, two-bath corner penthouse was listed at $1,400,000 and sold for $1,280,000. The attractive residence has 1,452 square feet of living space along with a long private balcony with multiple access points. Sleek bathrooms, walk-in closets, washer/dryer and two parking spaces, add to the appeal.

Unit #811 also closed in September. The 1,367 square foot corner flat sold for $1,250,000 after listing for $1,299,900. Featuring a very large open living area, the apartment has two bedrooms that are positioned at opposite ends for maximum privacy. There are also two elongated balconies, each with bedroom entrances.

The final sale is Unit #707, which listed for $649,000 and sold for $647,000. With one bedroom, one bath and 772 square feet of living space, the apartment features courtyard views, hardwood floors and a Foster + Partners kitchen set into a single wall for maximum space savings.

The Residences at CityCenter are known for their many amenities, including 24/7 front desk, concierge and porter service, plus a bar lounge, fitness center, landscaped terraces and water features, and an executive business center.
