The highest sales price in the Washington Metro region in September goes to Unit #2301 at Turnberry Tower in the Rosslyn waterfront neighborhood. Not only does it capture sixth place honors in the highest priced sales category at $1,400,000, it is also the first sale at this building since March of 2018!
