Located just a stone’s throw from the Potomac River in the Rosslyn neighborhood, is Turnberry Tower. The views are quite spectacular, and depending on each condo’s position, can include one or more of the river, Key Bridge, the Washington, DC skyline and Arlington.

New to the market in February is Unit #1601. Listed at $1,495,000, the two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with 1,754 square feet of living space comes with a private elevator, high-end finishes and lovely pale blonde knotty floors. The master suite is super roomy, there’s a laundry room and a sweeping balcony with city views.

Unit #1411 is still available for $1,875,000, reflecting a January price cut. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment with 2,229 square feet of face has a large den with built-ins that makes the perfect work from home space. Included is a private elevator, a euro-style kitchen with Snaidero cabinetry, custom wall finishes and a long sweeping balcony with sublime views of the Potomac.

Unit #712 has now been reduced for the third time, down to $1,175,000 from its original $1.4 million. The two-bedroom, two-bath residence has a 1,742 square foot open layout, with a private elevator, hardwood floors and an open gourmet kitchen. A huge master bedroom suite has a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and an incredible bath, while the oversized terrace offers glimpses of the river.

Unit #2408 has been withdrawn. The 2,039 square foot apartment with two bedrooms, a den and 2.5 baths had been listed for $2,295,000. A private elevator opens to a foyer with custom wall treatments. An exposed limestone wall in the living area adds to the modernist feel. Other standouts include a huge balcony with river views.

Unit #1410 is pending at $1,525,000. The two-bedroom apartment with 2.5 baths has a private elevator, marble tile floors, giant floor-to-ceiling windows and a gorgeous open kitchen. Two balconies overlook Arlington, with peeks of the river. A lavish master bath boasts a walk-in marble shower, soaking tub and twin-sink vanity.

Unit #1604 closed in February for $1,150,000 after listing for $1,200,000. The two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with direct elevator access was active for just eight days before going under contract. Classic hardwood strip floors add a warm glow, complemented by the wood tones of the open kitchen’s Snaidero cabinets. A large terrace offers city skyline views plus peeks of the river.
