Washington Metro’s red-hot real estate market continued to impress in May with some very pricy new condominium listings. Topping the tally is Unit #PH 8H at sought-after 3303 Water Street in Georgetown. The 2,900 square foot penthouse is offered at $7 million. That places the three-bedroom, three-bath apartment in the same rarified territory as some of the region’s most lavish estates.
