There are just 32 residences in the landmark building. From six-inch wide oak herringbone floors to multiple private balconies, this unit spells style and grace. Our final honoree in this category is Unit #248 at Gaslight Square in Arlington’s Rosslyn community. The two-level penthouse with direct elevator access and 18-foot ceilings sold for $1,489,900. With two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a 1,882 square foot layout, the residence sports blonde hardwood floors, an open gourmet kitchen, floating iron stairs and a private roof deck.
