Still the tallest residential structure in Arlington, Turnberry Tower enjoys a prime perch near the banks of the Potomac River. The 25-story building with its glittering steel and glass façade can be found at 1881 N. Nash Street in the Rosslyn waterfront neighborhood. Residents enjoy sublime views, tons of luxury amenities, and lots of nearby restaurants and attractions.

New to the market in September is Unit #205 with an asking price of $850,000. The one-bedroom condo with 1.5 baths has a very spacious 1,322 square foot layout.
