Next is Unit #810 at the always popular Turnberry Tower in the Rosslyn waterfront neighborhood. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment with a 1,814 square foot floorplan and direct elevator service was marketed at $1,395,000 before selling for over-asking at $1,411,000 (101.15 percent). The stylish one-bedroom, one-bath flat with a bonus den enjoys 925 square feet of living space with hardwood floors and a newly upgraded kitchen. It was offered at $549,900 before closing at $555,000, representing 100.93 percent of the original price.
