December closed out 2021 with some very luxurious new condo listings, a number of which were at recently completed buildings. Unit #1601 is a fabulous penthouse at the brand new Monarch, located in the quickly expanding Tysons neighborhood, next-door to McLean. It’s back to Pierce Condominiums in the Rosslyn waterfront for the next two entries. Closing out this section is a fabulous new Life at the Top offering at 1906 N. Vermont Avenue in Washington’s vibrant Shaw neighborhood. Unit #B is a recently built three-bedroom penthouse townhome, listed at $1,799,500.
