The stylish two-level residence has exposed ductwork, with a flex living space at the upper level as well as a private roof level terrace. Closing out the category is Unit #1102 at The Whitman in Mount Vernon Triangle. The one-bedroom, one-bath penthouse sold for $555,000 after listing for $525,000 (105.71 percent).
