Topping the highest list to sales price category in April is Unit #310 at Chase Point, a luxurious building from developer PN Hoffman that sits prominently atop a bustling shopping, restaurants, and Metro mecca in the Chevy Chase/Friendship Heights area. The two-bedroom, two-bath condo with a bonus den and 1,712 square feet of living space was offered at $1,295,000 before selling for $1,433,000, presenting a 110.66 percent ratio. Coming in second is Unit #202 at Somerset House, also in Chevy Chase/Friendship Heights. With a 1,952 square foot floorplan, the two-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment with a bonus den listed at $1,395,000 before selling for $1,505,000, equaling 107.89 percent of the asking price.

Third place goes to Matrix in Logan Circle. The 40-unit building had a robust four sales in April, with Unit #305 offered at $600,000 before closing at $639,900 (106.65 percent). The one-bedroom, one-bath residence has 897 square feet of living space, with soaring ceilings, giant factory-style windows, and industrial finishes. Coming in fourth at 106.50 percent is Unit #505 at the new eNvy condominium in the Navy Yard Ballpark District. The cute one-bedroom flat with 668 square feet of space has hardwood floors and a completely open Euro-style kitchen. It sold for $575,000 after listing for $539,900.

Fourth place goes to Unit #PH703 at The Metro in Logan Circle. The one-bedroom, one-bath, loft-style penthouse with a bonus den, was priced at $849,900 before selling for $900,000 (105.89 percent). The stylish two-level residence has exposed ductwork, with a flex living space at the upper level as well as a private roof level terrace. Closing out the category is Unit #1102 at The Whitman in Mount Vernon Triangle. The one-bedroom, one-bath penthouse sold for $555,000 after listing for $525,000 (105.71 percent).
