The month of April delivered some spectacular new condo and cooperative listings in the Washington, DC area. Topping the highest priced leaderboard is Unit #PH-4 at the legendary Wardman Tower in Woodley Park. Offered at $5,750,000, the three-bedroom, 3.5-bath penthouse has 4,527 square feet of along with a private roof top terrace. This is one of only four penthouses at the landmark building, originally delivered in 1920 by Harry Wardman and recently renovated by Deborah Berke Partners. Second place goes to Unit #5G at 3303 Water Street in Georgetown. Listed at $4,495,000, the two-bedroom, 2.5-bath penthouse with river views has been fully remodeled at a cost of over $1 million.
