A redesign by ADD 100’s William Hodgins resulted in an airy white ambience with an open Euro-style kitchen that blends seamlessly into the walls. Four parking spaces are also included. The corner penthouse with 2,469 square feet of luxurious living space closed at $2,678,500, also earning third place honors in the highest price per square foot category at $955.22 as well as the fourth highest list-to-sales ratio at 104.63 percent. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence has a large open living, dining, and cooking area, as well as a separate family room, a very spacious private roof deck, and a secondary balcony. Fourth place goes to Unit #85 at Westlight in the West End. The two-bedroom, two-bath flat with a den sold for $2,100,000. The 2,062 square foot residence with two bedrooms and two baths, has an upstairs bonus room with a wet bar, leading out to a private roof deck.
