Synonymous with white gloves service, The Ritz-Carlton West End is part of a famed global hospitality brand, offering both a hotel and condominium residences. Located in the heart of Washington’s popular West End neighborhood, the complex with its multiple towers features a full array of luxury amenities, along with convenient street level retail. There were multiple new listings at the Ritz-Carlton West End in September, beginning with Unit #2F. Offered at $2,195,000, the two-bedroom, two-bath residence has a spacious 2,535 square foot layout with the bonus of a den/library as well as two private outdoor balconies. The floorplan feels more like a house than an apartment and is perfect for entertaining, with a large dining room offering three entryways.

Unit #PH1C came to market in September with a $1,775,000 asking price. The new owners will also get five parking spaces, and the enjoyment of their own private rooftop deck. The apartment had listed for $4,500,000 before ultimately selling for $4,350,000.

Unit #8C closed at $1,650,000 after listing for $1,695,000. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo has a roomy 1,846 square foot layout with a huge living room, an adjacent formal dining room, and two private balconies. Other features include Brazilian cherry herringbone floors, a large gourmet kitchen with recessed appliances, and marble baths.

Unit #8F sold for $845,500 after listing for $859,000. The 978 square foot apartment has beautiful Brazilian cherry herringbone hardwood floors, courtyard views, and a large gourmet kitchen that is perfect for socializing as meals are prepared with stainless steel appliances including a Viking gas range. There’s a fireplace in the living room, and a formal dining room for sit-down meals.

Unit #8E was withdrawn from the market in September. The 3,096 square foot residence had been previously reduced from $3,800,000 down to $3,400,000. The residence offers three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a large and elegant tiled foyer. Other features include lovely wide plank hardwood floors, a giant open living and dining area, a family room, an oversized eat-in gourmet kitchen, and huge windows.
