The 4,200 square foot residence in one of Washington’s premiere addresses sold for $4,025,000. It has also the sixth highest price per square foot at $958.33. The 2,449 square foot penthouse with three bedrooms and 3.5 baths is part of Historic Row, a development combining old historic rowhouses and new building additions. The residence sold for $2,275,000. Closing out the list is Unit #522 at The Signet in McLean. The bright and airy three-bedroom, three-bath condo with 2,281 square feet of living space sold for $1,750,000.
