The appropriately titled Waterview is perched near the Potomac River in Arlington’s Rosslyn neighborhood. The full service condominium with its giant windows and glorious views is part of a mixed use complex that contains a separate office tower, as well as a dual purpose building with Le Meridien Hotel on the lower floors and condo residences on levels 14 through 30.
