City Center - Washington DC's Hottest New Development

Occupying 10 acres in the Mount Vernon Triangle area, this vibrant mixed-use oasis offers virtually everything one needs for a modern luxury lifestyle, including two 11-story condo towers known as The Residences at CityCenterDC. The community also includes a hotel, upscale rental apartments, offices, over 40 boutique retailers and restaurants, and a 1.5 acre park. Unit #813 is another listing from March that remains available. Unit #603 went into Active Under Contract status in April, meaning that it is pending with contingencies. Unit #404 in the I Street building also received an accepted offer in April, with an anticipated closing in May. The modern white-on-white apartment with one bedroom, 1.5 baths and 830 square feet of space had been listed at $765,000. Features include white oak floors, a glossy white Euro-style kitchen with panelized appliances, a desk cubby, and a Juliet balcony.

Unit #908 in the H Street building remains pending. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment had been listed at $1,550,000 before going under contract. It was renovated in 2021 by award winning architect Ernesto Santalla, and enjoys corner window exposures, custom built-ins, a fabulous open kitchen, and an extended balcony. The listing received an accepted offer just two weeks after hitting the market.

There was one closing in April. Unit #501 sold for $750,000 after listing for $785,000. The one-bedroom, one-bath corner residence has 981 square feet of living space, with giant windows throughout, including along the front hallway, the dining area, and the open living room. Other features include white oak floors, leafy views of the courtyard, and a wall of custom built-ins.
