Unit #907 listed for $930,000 before selling for $900,000. The spacious one-bedroom apartment has a den/office, two full baths, and 1,405 square feet of space. The primary suite has a gorgeous marble ensuite bath and custom closet organizers. Other features include massive windows, hardwood floors, and a private terrace running the width of the apartment.
