One of Washington’s premiere condominium communities, the Ritz-Carlton West End is one of three Ritz-Carlton locations in the DC Metro area. The other two are the Ritz-Carlton Georgetown and the new Ritz-Carlton Chevy Chase. The West End address partners two 11-story condo towers with a high-end hotel, an onsite restaurant, and street level retail.

The highest-priced active listing at the Ritz-Carlton West End as of this report is Unit #7E at $3,595,000.  The elegant three-bedroom, 3.5-bath apartment offers 3,096 square feet of living space. The numerous living spaces include a huge marble gallery with a cove ceiling, a double parlor living room with a massive wall of windows and a fireplace, an additional family room, a formal dining room, a large eat-in kitchen, and a private terrace.

Offered at $2,799,000, Unit #8E is a very roomy three-bedroom, 3.5-bath apartment with 3,153 square feet of airy living space. Sun floods through enormous windows, bathing the blonde hardwood floors in a warm glow. There was one closing in August. Unit #PH3N listed for $2.1 million before selling for $2,000,000. The unique three-level penthouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 2,059 square feet of living space, with herringbone floors. Other features include a private rooftop terrace, along with additional balconies.
