New to the market in August is Unit #1908. Offered at $1,950,000, this spectacular two-bedroom penthouse level condo has 2.5 baths and a spacious 2,039 square foot floorplan. Features include a private elevator, soaring 11-foot ceilings, and a 400 square foot balcony with unobstructed views of Rosslyn below, as well as Georgetown and the Potomac River to the right.

Unit #2308 remains available for $4,800,000. Offering four bedrooms, four baths, and 4,463 square feet of luxe living space, this sublime penthouse feels more like a modern house than an apartment. A superb owner’s suite has its own private den, library, wet bar and ensuite bath. Other highlights include a private elevator, and two extended balconies offering splendid views of the Potomac River and all the way across to Washington.

With an asking price of $2,799,000, Unit #1909 has been renovated with walnut flooring throughout, a stone accent wall in the living area, and recessed remote control lighting in the primary suite. The sunny and spacious three-bedroom residence has 3.5 baths, and 2,655 square feet of space. Also still available is Unit #406 with one bedroom, two marble baths, and a large den that serves equally well as a second bedroom. With an asking price of $875,000, this 1,404 square foot apartment features marble tile floors, a balcony running the width of the unit, and a completely open gourmet kitchen with Snaidero cabinetry, and Miele and Sub-Zero appliances.

Unit #705 listed in July for $800,000 and soon had an accepted offer. The one-bedroom flat with 1.5 baths and a roomy 1,322 square foot layout is now in A/C status, meaning that it is pending with contingencies. Features include hardwood floors, a gourmet kitchen with glossy Snaidero Italian cabinetry, and a 374 square foot balcony spanning the width of the unit and offering cityscape views.

Unit #2004 was withdrawn from the market in August but may return in September. The upper level condo with 2,655 square feet of living space had been listed at $2,650,000. Features include two ensuite bedrooms with marble baths, and an ensuite office/study with French doors that can serve as a third bedroom.

There were no closings in August.
