Turnberry Tower |Market Pulse | January 2024

Designed by Robert Swedroe and delivered in 2009, Turnberry Tower has long set a standard for luxury living and full service amenities. Located in Arlington’s Rosslyn neighborhood, the tallest residential building in the Washington Metro area is perched near the waterfront, overlooking the Potomac River. There were two new listings in January, starting with Unit #1109 with an asking price of $1.2 million. There was one sale in January. Unit #1909 closed at $2,450,000 after listing for $2,495,000. The two-bedroom residence also has an ensuite den/bedroom and a 2,644 square foot layout. There was a gut renovation in 2017, with stunning wide plank walnut floors, a stone accent wall, a remodeled kitchen, and tile woodgrain flooring on the sweeping balcony.
