City Center - Washington DC's Hottest New Development

City Center is the quintessential live, work and play experience. With two luxury condo towers plus apartments, hotels, upscale shops and fine dining, the modern Mount Vernon Triangle complex spans 10 acres, including its very own 1.5-acre park.

The newest and most expensive listing in September is Unit #505 at $1,995,000. The 2-bed, 2-full and 2-half bath residence spans 1,947 square feet with a sleek white-on-white Euro kitchen, wet bar and hardwoods throughout. Also new is Unit #613 at $824,900. The large 1-bedroom, 1-bath offers 949 square feet of living space, white oaks floors and a stunningly minimalist kitchen.

There were also some recent price changes. Unit #410 with 2-beds, 2-baths, 2-balconies and 1,452 feet of space was originally listed at $1,579,000 and has now dropped to $1,495,000. Unit #908 is similarly priced at $1,495,000, having originally listed for $1.6 million. The corner condo has a master suite with sitting area, an additional bedroom, 2.5 baths and 1,423 feet of interior space.

As for withdrawn listings, Unit #416 with 2-beds and 2.5-baths listed for $1,199,000 but was taken off the market after just 25 days. Unit #1006, however, was withdrawn and relisted at a $15K discount. The new asking price for this 772-square foot modern flat with floor-to-ceiling windows is $699,900.

There were also two sales in September. Unit #801 is a 1-bed, 1-bath residence that closed at the full asking price of $925,000 after 130 days on market. Meanwhile, Unit #311, a one-bedroom with balcony and 689 square feet of space sold for $593,000 after originally listing for $615,000.

Residents at City Center enjoy 24/7 front desk and concierge service, secure parking, rooftops gardens, a yoga studio and fitness center. The Metro Center and Gallery Place-Chinatown are within strolling distance, as are shops, museums, bars, restaurants and coffee houses, plus NBA basketball and entertainment at Capital One Arena.
