The closing price of $1,860,000 was $35,000 over the $1,825,000 asking price! Fifth place goes to Unit #403 at Hampden Row in Bethesda and a closing price of $1,499,581. The lovely 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath flat has wide-plank hardwood floors, a modern open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, luxurious baths and a balcony. Plus, it’s steps from Bethesda Row’s trendy shops, restaurants and entertainment. Our final entry is Unit #51 at Dumbarton Place in Dupont Circle. The spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence with 1,756 square feet of living space sold for full price at $1,495,000. The new owners can dine in a lovely sun room overlooking the park!
