The priciest condominium sales price in the Washington Metro area for November goes to Unit #PH2D at the Ritz-Carlton Georgetown in Georgetown. Listed at $6,900,000, the super spacious penthouse with 4,413 square feet of living space sold for $6,500,000. The residence also had the highest price per square foot in November at $1,472.92 per square foot. With 4-bedrooms, 4.5-baths, Brazilian Cherry herringbone floors and 11-foot ceilings, this fabulous city home also features multiple private terraces and prime views of the Potomac River and the Washington, DC monument. Coming in second is Unit #TS01 at Turnberry Tower in the Rosslyn waterfront neighborhood, directly across the river from Georgetown. The spectacular tower suite penthouse listed for $4,995,000 and closed at $4,750,000. Renovated by noted architect Salo Levinas, the 4,447 square foot apartment has as master bath larger than some apartments, as well as private terraces offering stunning views of the Potomac River and beyond.

The third-highest sale in November goes to Unit #901 at Somerset House at the gated Parc Somerset community in Friendship Heights. The 3-bedroom, 4-bath residence was listed at $3,875,000 and sold for $3,715,000. With 3,623 square feet of living space, the elegant apartment also holds the sixth-highest price per square foot in November. In fourth place is Unit #709 at the fabulous new VIO at The Wharf—the Southwest Waterfront’s new “live, work and play” community. The ultra-modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath flat listed for $2,995,000 and sold for $2,850,000. The corner unit has private elevator access, blonde hardwood floors, a sleek open kitchen, walls of towering windows and a wraparound balcony featuring point-blank views of the Washington Channel and the boat slips below.

Unit #4 at the Wormley School in Georgetown was priced at $2,899,000 and closed at $2,800,000. Also notable is the first sale at Woodley Wardman in Woodley Park since December 18, 2018. Unit #PH-2 is a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath two-story penthouse with 1,400 square feet of living space. After listing for $1,200,000, the residence sold for $1,100,000. Features include wide-plank hardwood floors, an open modern kitchen, window walls and multiple private outdoor spaces including a roof deck.
