Ritz-Carlton West End | Market Pulse | November 2019

Offering world class service and a famous hospitality brand, the Residences at Ritz-Carlton West End are luxury condominiums housed in two 11-story towers flanking a central hotel structure. The West End development is also home to street level retail. Although no new listings popped up in November, there are still some highly attractive residences for sale.

Such is the case with Unit #3B, a very spacious 2,449 square foot apartment with 3-bedrooms and 3.5-baths. Listed at $2,150,000, the exquisite residence features marble tiles in the foyer and Brazilian Cherry herringbone flooring throughout other living areas. Custom wall treatments, oversized windows, a gourmet kitchen, multiple walk-in closets and a balcony are just a few of the apartment’s highlights.

Unit #PH3P is active once again with a list price of $1,999,000.
