Priced at $449,900, the condo sold for $471,000 or 104.69% of list. Coming in a close second is Unit #404 at The Kalorama, a grand historic building in the affluent neighborhood of the same name. The elegant 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment has a spacious 1,351 square feet of living space and overlooks Kalorama Park. The condo sold for $1.2 million, or 104.24% of list. In third place is Unit #812 at The Pennsylvania in Penn Quarter. The 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo has 704 square feet of space, an open layout, gleaming hardwood floors, an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large outdoor terrace. After listing for $445,000, the flat sold for $462,000, translating to a sturdy 103.82% of asking.

Unit #1006 at Yale Steam Laundry in the Mount Vernon Triangle listed for $499,000 and sold for $505,000 or 101.20% of its asking price. The 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in the historic former laundry building has a bright and open design with blonde hardwoods, high ceilings, oversized windows and a modern open kitchen. Unit #623 at The Columbia in the West End neighborhood listed for $1,490,000 before closing at $1,505,000, 101.01% of list. The fabulous penthouse duplex features 3-bedrooms, 2.5-baths and multiple private outdoor spaces, including a roof deck.

Our final entry in November’s highest list-to-sales sweepstakes belongs to Unit #413 at The Metropole in Logan Circle. The tri-level 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath loft has soaring ceilings, two-story windows, exposed overhead ductwork, hardwood floors and a sublime modern kitchen. After listing for $1,189,000, the industrial chic residence sold for an even $1.5 million which is 100.93% of asking.
