There was a rash of new listings in March. Let’s start with Unit #911, priced at $1,695,000. With two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two private balconies, two garage parking spaces and 1,452 square feet of living space, the corner apartment is filled with light from giant wraparound windows. Huge open areas lend to the airy ambience.
Unit #609 listed in March at $1,090,000. Two bedrooms, two baths and 1,148 square feet of living space are on tap, with lovely views overlooking a courtyard. The two bedroom suites are positioned at opposite ends with the living area in-between.
Unit #404 came to market in March, with a $949,900 price tag. The 1,003 square foot apartment has one bedroom and 1.5 baths but is larger than some two-bedroom floorplans in the same building. The gourmet kitchen features walnut Molteni cabinetry, with Miele, Thermador and Bosch appliances.
Unit #301 listed in March for $835,000. The one-bedroom, one-bath flat with 922 square feet of space has been professionally designed by award-winning architect Ernesto Santalla, with unique touches like the custom ceiling in the main living area.
Also new in March at $835,000 is Unit #813 with one bedroom, one bath and 940 square feet of interior space. Notable is the built-in home office, wide-plank floors, and storage galore including oversized closets and a custom shoe organizer.
Listed at $990,000, Unit #516 overlooks greenery and private garden terraces. The 1,100 square foot residence has two owner suites with attached baths, an open living, dining and cooking area, plus an additional powder room.
Unit #506 is listed at $925,000. The attractive two-bedroom, two-bath flat has a 1,033 square foot layout, as well as an extended balcony that is great for enjoying coffee, drinks or meals. The open design merges living, dining and cooking into a sunny and linear space.
After coming to market in February, Unit #601 now has a price decrease, from $890,000 down to $859,000. The one-bedroom, one-bath flat has 800 square feet of living space, European Northern White Oak floors, and sunny exposures on three sides.
Unit #408 was also reduced in price in March, to $815,000. The two-bedroom, two-bath flat offers wide-plank floors, massive windows, and an open gourmet kitchen with top tier appliances. A southern exposure balcony spans the entire length of the residence.
Unit #402 is now in Active under Contract status, meaning it’s pending with contingencies. Listed at $1,335,000, the 1,340 square-foot residence with two bedrooms and two baths, also features a large private balcony. Giant windows allow natural light to fill the open living, dining and cooking area.
Also now pending is Unit #810, a spectacular two-bedroom, 2.5-bath corner apartment that had been offered at $2,399,000. The residence with its 1,378 square foot floor plan also has an incredible 1,000 sq. ft. private sky terrace with landscaping.
Unit #509 went under contract in March after a price reduction down to $985,000. There are two beds and two baths, positioned at opposite ends of the 1,148 square foot layout for maximum privacy. Sliding doors lead out to a lush fifth floor courtyard.
Unit #709 remains in pending status at $699,000. The rarely available south facing one-bedroom residence features an expansive balcony, hardwood floors, a built-in office area, and a split bath that features a powder room for guests, with separate shower and sink adjacent to the bedroom.
There was one closing in March. Unit #714 sold for $1 million, after listing for $1,019,500. The two-bedroom, two-bath flat has an open floorplan and an extended private balcony with views of a landscaped courtyard below. Each of the two bedroom suites has floor-to-ceiling windows.
Condo owners at CityCenterDC enjoy a front desk with concierge and porters, a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga studio, party rooms, an executive business center, and a bar lounge. A spectacular roof deck features a serene water feature.
