Topping the list-to-sale ratio for February is Unit #416 at Lofts 14 in Logan Circle. The one-bedroom, one-bath residence with a lofted den is located inside a former auto showroom building. The industrial chic unit with its exposed ductwork listed for $616,000 before selling for $639,000, equaling 103.90 percent of the asking price. Second place goes to Unit #112W at the Lofts at Union Row in the U Street Corridor. The coveted two-bedroom, two-bath end unit with sunny exposures on three sides listed at the very end of January for $799,000 and went under contract just two days later, ultimately closing at $810,000 or 101.38 percent of list.

Unit #1116 at City Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle comes in third, listing for $839,000 and selling for $850,000 (101.31 percent). The two-bedroom, two-bath apartment has an open layout with true floor-to-ceiling windows and superb cityscape views from the balcony. Fourth place goes to Unit #420 at The Whitman in Mount Vernon Triangle. The handsome apartment with two bedrooms, two baths, and 1,151 square feet of living space sold for $780,000 which translates to 100.66 percent of the original list price of $774,900.

Placing fifth in the list to sales category is Unit #808 at the popular Solo Piazza in Logan Circle. The sun-filled residence with two bedrooms, two baths, 1,140 sq. ft. of space, huge window walls, and a fun corner terrace, listed for $825,000 and sold for $825,800 (100.10 percent). Closing out the category is Unit #741 at the historic Columbia in Washington’s West End neighborhood. The spectacular corner residence listed on the first day of February and closed later in the month for the full asking price of $1,395,000. The 1,301 square foot home has two bedrooms, two baths, and two private balconies.
