Still the tallest condominium building in Washington Metro, Turnberry Tower is renowned for its lap of luxury residences and a full array of amenities. Located near the Potomac River in Arlington’s Rosslyn neighborhood, the 26 story waterfront tower was designed by Robert Swerdroe. With its curved façade, floor-to-ceiling windows, and sweeping balconies, Turnberry Tower offers some of the best views in the region.

New to the market in April is Unit #1909. Offered at $2,799,000, the three-bedroom, 3.5-bath apartment has a very spacious layout with 2,655 square feet of living space. One of the bedrooms can also double as a den/office space. Recent upgrades include walnut flooring throughout, an accent stone wall in the living area, and recessed remote control lighting in the primary suite. A private elevator provides easy access, and the extended panoramic balconies have wood flooring.

Relisted in April is Unit #1109. The one-bedroom condo with two full baths and a large den, is now priced at $1,150,000, a $25K cut from the previous listing. An open gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances recessed into Snaidero cabinetry. Also notable is the direct elevator access, an extended balcony with peeks of the Potomac River, and Schonbek chandeliers with Swarovski crystals.

Still available after listing in March is Unit #2308, a stunning upper-level residence offered at $4,800,000. The four-bedroom, four-bath waterfront residence has an expansive 4,463 square foot floorplan, and the most amazing views of Arlington, Washington, DC, and the Potomac River. Other features include a private elevator, gourmet kitchen, library with wet bar, and sweeping private balconies.

Also notable is Unit #1911 with an asking price of $3,500,000. The 3,278 square foot sky home has two bedrooms, a den, and 3.5 baths. A private elevator, wooden wall treatments, marble tile floors, and a chef-inspired kitchen are among the features. But the views really seal the deal, both from massive window walls and an expansive private terrace. Enjoy stunning vistas of the river and across to Georgetown as you host guests for dinner.

Still available is Unit #907 for $930,000. The one-bedroom B-Model has a bonus den, two full baths, and an airy 1,405 square foot layout. Unit #705 listed in March and has since been reduced in price down to $810,000. There were two closings in April. Unit #1603 sold for $1,635,000 after listing for $1,695,000. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment with 1,803 square feet of space boasts giant windows, a private elevator, dramatic ceilings, full height built-ins, and an owners’ suite with custom pocket doors. There are two covered balconies, along with cityscape views and peeks of the river.

Unit #1701 sold for $1,375,000 after originally listing for $1.5 million. The 1,754 square foot flat has two bedrooms, two baths, high ceilings, a private elevator, and a long sweeping balcony with cityscape views. The expansive primary suite features a sitting area just right for working from home, spacious custom closets, and an ensuite marble bath with a hotel style vanity mirror TV.

Unit #1210 has expired. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence with 1,814 square feet of space had been listed at $1,749,999. A top-to-bottom $300,000 renovation includes a beautiful new open kitchen and hickory herringbone floors. Other features include a direct access elevator, wall treatments, and designer baths.
